VP ART EXHIBITIONS

Vietnamese restaurant Cây Tre Soho.

Address: 42--43 Dean Street, London W1D 4PZ

Website: www.caytresoho.co.uk

About Cây Tre:

Situated in the heart of Soho, Cây Tre prides itself on offering an authentic taste of Vietnam using well sourced ingredients from the British Isles whenever possible. Meats and fish are always British and vegetables are fresh, never frozen. Every dish at Cây Tre is made with equal passion - both à la carte and street food. Take the beef Pho for example, you won't find an inferior cut just because Pho is seen as an inexpensive dish! At Cây Tre you'll find rib-eye steak in this traditional Vietnamese soup.

Whatever your order at Cây Tre you'll be happily informed as to why it is better than competitors - monkfish are caught daily in Devon and squid is from Dorset. Cây Tre cares because you care and it does not stop there. The saying at Cây Tre goes something like this: "to make the simplest of dishes taste good, you need the ingredients of time and passion".. and there is plenty of it at Cây Tre.

The wine list gets as much thought as the menu so don't overlook it!
